Directions: 12Kg Pork (75CL) 5.8Kg Beef (75CL), 1 Kg Meal, 2.2 Kg Iced Water, Total 21Kg. For best eye appeal and texture mince meat through a 5mm (course) plate. Mix meal and water together to form a slurry. Mix Meat and slurry together. Mince (5mm plate) Fill into 32-35mm hog casings.
